You can check your hosted email a few different ways.
To Open the Webmail
Go to http://webmail.seeus4it.com or http://webmail.yourdomain.com where "yourdomain" is your website address.
To check via outlook or other email software
Here are the IMAP and POP3 setting for our hosted email system.

Incoming Mail Server: webmail.seeus4it.com
Outgoing Mail Server: webmail.seeus4it.com
Outgoing Requires Authentication
Username: your email address
Password: your email password
IMAP
